Hi my names Sarah. For a While I was really happy with the way I was losing weight. Being full grown at 13 (120Lbs) I want to be down to 95LBS. And I intend to do anything to get there. But it's been so hard to me to get back on track. I weigh 120 now and I have lost control of binging and gone back to eating normal. I try to skip meals. But really I miss that empty feeling. I love it. Any tips? And thing I should know? Ill take any advice I can get. What's your schedule for how many calories a day? Help. Thanks.
